Shell Service Award 2010 for ABEMEC

Last Sunday, 8 November 2009, at the AGRITECHNICA trade fair in Hannover, Germany, Cehave Landbouwbelang subsidiary ABEMEC bv, has received the Shell Service Award for the fourth time in a row. ABEMEC was awarded this prize as an appreciation as an appreciation for its outstanding performance as service organisation in agricultural machines.

Prestigious prize

The Shell Service Award, a prestigious originally German prize, has also international candidates since the last five years. Companies are selected on the base of in advance appointed criteria. This year the service workshop in Sevenum won the award.

ABEMEC grows

Despite the continuing decrease in number of farmers and from that shrinking market for tractors and machinery ABEMEC is still growing in its field of activities. Due to its creativity and resilience ABEMEC has succeeded in expanding in news markets in the areas that suit the knowledge and skills of the company. In order to increase its market volume ABEMEC has taken over some specialized agricultural machinery companies in the past few years.

ABEMEC has acceded to the market of ever growing and more complex machines and tractors, such as harvesting machines, planting machines, vegetable harvesting machines, and garden and park machines.

For these complex machines and tractors ABEMEC has skilled and qualified employees as well. Continuity at low costs is considered to be of paramount importance.
